Footnotes

Footnotes is a tool of truth in the shrouding sense of uncertainty that founders face when building a business. Founders reach a fork in the road, a tension point, a wave about to break, and wonder. Is this the right call? Is this normal? It's a common experience, rarely spoken out loud . Footnotes aims to change that. I worked on the initial branding and rollout package for its phased launch. The icon is a dissected asterisk, traditionally linked to footnotes and additional insight, reimagined as a two-part symbol.
